A sad day. I had to sell my multi-tracker studio/synth today for 40% of the price. *sigh*

Bowling League Begins

I had an abysmal showing during the first game of the league.
My scores for the three games were between 110 and 126.

Healthy Healthy Healthy

In my continued quest to eat better, tonight's dinner consists of baked pork chops, a salad, and my third liter of water today. Good job.

Sexy Cocodrillus

I picked up Beyounce's new cd this morning after leaving the gym, opened the wrapper, and this was the first photo. Damn. She's gone from good girl to sexy singer to straight up Vixen! Not that it's a bad thing.

Not everyone can carry off wearing high heels while walking crocodiles.

A Return To R&B and Hip Hop

During the last few years, my musical taste were directed towards alt-rock, a bit of techno, and a lot of chill. Of course, my love affair with Prince's music is always the exception. Of late, I have ventured back into some R&B and Hip Hop.

The latest cds I have picked up are Danity Kane, Outcast, Lyfe Jennings, and Beyounce; and I hope to pick up Janet and Justin's cds when they come out this month.

Considering I haven't bought any new cd's since I bought Solarium back in April, this bit of musical splurging though unusual is just a minor blimp on my budget roadmap.

Man's answer to the eternal quest of supplying the world with a mystery meat concoction in a can all at a minimal price.

Another Rainy Morning

I should have checked the weather before hitting the gym this morning. In this area, a little rain causes some drivers to morph into idiots with licenses.

A Return To The Lake

I went back to the lake this evening just before nightfall for a two
mile run. Dusk is the best time of day for a peaceful excursion on
that hilly trail. People are leaving so obstacles are few.

Me & My Ride

After I took a photo of Sami and Alex, Sami decided that I needed a quick snap shot done as well. Normally, I object to getting my picture taken, but I did need a new one taken to show how much weight I have lost (about 70 lbs so far).

Alex & Sami

I checked my email this morning and saw that Sami wanted to hit the lake. A fantastic idea. The weather was beautiful for a quick two mile walk, and thankfully the lake was not crowded.

Great weather.
Great company.
Great conversation.
and a lot of sweat.

Looks like this is going to turn into a normal Sunday routine.

"W the Unpresidential"

You have to appreciate wall art - all the dirty writings that people
put on them.

I took these two photos in the men's bathroom at Third Place.
